Thank you for visiting us here at FLEX-N-GO LLC I am so excited that you have an interest in our product and have taken the time to learn a little about us. I grew up in Boulder CO. My parents always instilled in us a respect for the great outdoors, where we spent many hours hiking, skiing and camping in the Rocky Mountains
After suffering for several years with severe plantar fasciitis, I discovered the heel cord box at a local physical therapy clinic.Every time I used the board, I could feel relief. I purchased a board, and brought it home. Within three months of using the board two minutes twice today, I no longer had pain in my feet. I was absolutely astounded! To this day, I continue to use my board and am plantar fasciitis free!
Not long after launching the website, I was contacted by Brian Patterson who introduced me to Eccentric Exercise for patellar tendinitis. He explained to me the theory of Eccentric squats to alleviate the pain in the patellar tendon and break up scar tissue. Martin Koban was a welcome addition to the patellar tendon arena. His book "Beating Patellar Tendonitis" is a must read! (available on Amazon)
We are located near Asheville NC, in the heart of the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains. I have a passion for the great outdoors. Unfortunately, for years I suffered with chronic plantar fasciitis and was unable to enjoy the wondrous area I live in.
