A body in motion must stay in motion

Achilles tendon strains (also known as the heel cord) are very common among weekend warriors as well as athletes of all sizes, shapes and categories, i.e., football, basketball, baseball, tennis, soccer, track and field, etc. They are incredibly painful.

You don’t have to be an Olympian to experience Achilles tendinitis. Everyday walking or other activities can affect them at one time or another. Prevention is what we are all about here at FLEX-N-GO. Most likely if you are here now, the opportunity for prevention has passed. However, together we may be able to prevent worsening the situation and hopefully, prevent further deterioration of the Achilles tendon.

Using the FLEX-N-GO Board (heel cord box) several times a day will ensure lengthening the heel cord as well as a fabulous stretch of your calves and the plantar fascia. Remember to always check with your doctor or physical therapist, before starting any new therapy.
