Achilles tendon strains (also known as the heel cord) are very common among weekend warriors as well as athletes of all sizes, shapes and categories, i.e., football, basketball, baseball, tennis, soccer, track and field, etc. They are incredibly painful.
You don’t have to be an Olympian to experience Achilles tendinitis. Everyday walking or other activities can affect them at one time or another. Prevention is what we are all about here at FLEX-N-GO.
